This privacy policy sets out how White Rabbit Drama Club uses and protects personal information provided to us online and in print. This includes application forms, email and telephone correspondence aswell as verbal communication. The policy below also refers to photographs and videos taken in class.

To the best of our knowledge, White Rabbit Drama Club collect and store the above information in accordance with the GDPR and current legislation concerning the protection of personal information.

Photos and Videos

Occasionally, we may take photos and videos during a class, to help us to further the pupils understanding of their work and progress. Photos and videos are stored securely via Google Photos and will not be used for social media or marketing unless prior consent has been arranged with the parent/carer.

By collecting and storing the above information, White Rabbit Drama Club are able to provide the best possible service for you and your child and to keep all pupils safe and protected where necessary.

We do not share personal information with third parties, unless required by law or a safeguarding issue arises and the sharing of information would be within the best interests of the child. This particularly applies to pupils attending St Mary’s Church of England before and after school clubs, where the school may be able to advise or support White Rabbit in the best interests of the child. In this case, information would only be shared with the child’s teacher or SENCO, who will adhere to the agreements of this Privacy Policy.

In the case of disputes/complaints, please be aware that we are unable to share contact details or personal information about other parents or individuals within your child’s class. We are also unable to share photos featuring other pupils within your child’s class, unless prior consent has been given by the child’s parent/carer.

We do not sell or buy data from third parties.

Storage of information:

We store information provided on computer systems or apps with carefully controlled, password protected access or in a secure filing system.

Information is stored as long as is needed to ensure the highest quality of service is offered to yourself and your child. By providing your details, you enable us to provide you with our services.

You may request for your information to be deleted and are free to change consent for the sharing of photos and videos via social media/marketing at any time.

The security measures above ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to protect your personal information and although regrettably, the nature of the internet is such that we are unable to offer an absolute guarantee of security, we will take all possible steps to ensure the safety of your information.
